weekend random.

This weekend, JP took me to the keg for dinner & later that night we just cuddled up on the couch and watched tv. Saturday, JP & I made creme brulee together & I finally watched Avatar! Sunday, JPkin decided to take me to granville island to buy groceries & offered to make dinner at my place & cook dinner for my family. He made chicken with cream cheese & cream of mushroom soup on top, om nom nom nom :D

AU REVOIR VANCOUVER!

MERRY CHRISTMAS! I am currently in Montreal for a week. We surprised my grandparents and my dad! Reunited with my bebe :) ..And left the boyfriend at home :( We exchanged gifts before I left, he made my gift for him look bad! he got me one of my favorite perfume - Dolce & Gabbana Light blue = ♥ and I got him his favorite chocolate and a picture frame with 3 pictures of us! I will take a picture of it soon! what'd you get for christmas?

Vancouver vs San Jose

JP and I went to the Vancouver vs San Jose hockey game. We won 6-1 :)

 

Birthdays!

Thursday: JP's mom won't be in town for his birthday so she took him out for dim sum. We went to Kirin with his mom, sister & nephew.

Friday: Stephanie's birthday! I got her a big scarf from H&M & a lipgloss that came with a cupcake necklace. She had her birthday with a bunch of her LG friends at boston pizza. My mom was already there to eat dinner with her friends.. JP & I dropped by & ate there also, we sat at a different table accross from steph's table so we can spy on them lol

Saturday: I lied to JP that I have to study at Dana's around 6 and I have a family friend's birthday party to go to at 9 so I won't be seeing him all night but instead I went over to Dana's to bake him a birthday cake and delivering it at his place at 12am on his birthday. He was a bit upset thinking he won't be seeing me all night and be there when the clock turns 12. Dana & Grace helped me bake. Dana dropped me off at his place at 11:55pm, I called him pretending that I was still at the party and that i'll stay on the phone with him and wait till 12 to tell him happy birthday and at the same time Dana was trying to dial his house number so he can buzz us in but he wouldn't pick up his phone and buzz us in cause he didn't know who it was and he was lazy to check. So I had to ruin the surprise and told him on the phone to open his goddamn door to let me in! -.-

Sunday: I came upstairs and it was 12:07am! I missed it by 7 minutes.. He opened the door for me and i held up the cake and said happy birthday! The cake cracked in half and the icing was melting everywhere! lol We had a bit of the cake, he hugged me and said thanks and that he loves it. We went to bed after. We started our day around 3.. We went shopping, Went for dinner with his dad, sister & nephew at Ebisu, and then I watched his hockey game.

Hello Tuesday.

I'm trying to remember what i've been doing these past few weeks but i can't remember! I don't think I did anything special.. I remember a random bar night w/ JP & Dana, Halloween party, Crystal's birthday & Roosters. I hate how I can't blog everyday since the laptop is broken and I feel weird blogging on JP's laptop cause i'm paranoid he'll find my blog and read it! but anyway, I hate how i can't update as much anymore. I like to go back to my post and read what i've been doing.. Also because i can never remember what i did. Brain of an 80 yr-old grandma.

So I am SO excited for this week/weekend! short week since I have no school on Thursday & Friday and I get off at 1220 on wednesday! Just finished my second midterm for psych today. bombed it for sure. Few birthdays this week, Steph, JP & daddy. I'm still deciding what to get my little sister! Probably gonna go shopping tomorrow. Thursday, girls night in at Graces to bake & help me bake JP's birthday cake. I think I'm more excited for JP's birthday than he is! he he he my mom got 2 hockey tickets for us :) i'm so excited to give it to him on his bday! He's gonna be so stoked! EEEP i can't wait!

Double date + Theatresports.

JP planned out another date for us but this time it was a double date with his friend Hakiem and his girlfriend Nathasha. He got tickets for this improve comedy show at Granville Island called TheartreSports. First, we went to Sammy J peppers for drinks then we went to the comedy show. It was funnnny! This was something different :) i enjoyed it a lot ♥ anyways... i'm thinking of planning something for JP.. but don't know what yet! any suggestions!?

Blue Water Cafe + Raw Bar.

Our 1 month was last night & I finally finished my essay for philosophy so JP thought it was a good time to surprise me and made reservation for dinner. He wouldn't tell me where were going at first until we get there. He told me to dress up and he'll pick me up after work. He took me to Blue Water Cafe + Raw bar in Yaletown, It was a fancy seafood + sushi restaurant. We had a big plate of sashimi & some raw oysters. Oh man, I missed oysters! They were so good, I'm drooling just thinking about it! Best date so far ♥ My stomach was really really happy. After dinner, He bought me fresh taro slush bbt to go & drove back to my place to watch youtube videos :) He was so tired cause of work, he passed out right away! Left me sipping on my bbt & watching youtube videos by myself!

First date.

Thinking back on our first date, I can't help it but laugh! We went to felicos for dinner & we bumped into Jonathan Tsai, he recently got the job there. 5 minutes later, JP start freaking out, stood up & looked at me with his eyes wide open.. I asked what's going on and he said he doesn't know where his wallet is! He ran out to his car and left me sitting alone awkwardly.. He walked back and said we gotta go back to his house or work to find his wallet. So embarrassing yet funny since we only stayed in the restaurant for less than 10 mins and we walked out right after.. The waitress were all thanking us for coming. He was so embarrassed! lmao He finally found his wallet at home and drove back to Felicos. Jonathan laughed at us and said "I can't believe you forgot your wallet!". After dinner, We went downtown and went for desserts at True Confections. Hmm ♥
